By accessing or using Literboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Literboard is a gamified hydration tracking platform that allows users to log water intake, build streaks, participate in squads, compete on leaderboards, and display hydration data through stream overlays.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
- You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
4. User Accounts
- You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and stream keys.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate trademarks or impersonate others.
- One individual may maintain only one account unless explicitly authorized.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading hydration data to manipulate streaks or leaderboards.
- Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems to access the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or security features.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
6. Squads, Competitions & Leaderboards
- Squad owners are responsible for managing their members and moderation.
- All competitions are for entertainment purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant Literboard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, display, and distribute your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Public features such as leaderboards and squad pages may display your username, hydration statistics, and achievements.
9. Health Disclaimer
Literboard is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Hydration needs vary by individual. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your personal hydration or health needs.
You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, and content provided by Literboard (excluding user-submitted data) are the property of Literboard and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or its users.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Literboard and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
